As highly qualified and experienced planners, engineers and energy consultants we offer integrated network-planning, striving for sustainability and GreenBuilding certification. We offer coordinated, integrated architectural planning, engineering and consultancy seeking for sustainability and energy optimizing of new and old buildings. Our ambition is to develop and plan good CO2-neutral architecture with GreenBuilding certification and at the same time having a high comfort as well as an economically reasonable budget as basics. Architecture and Technic, Ratio & Emotio we all see as one object. The preliminary technical design integration in the architectural & conceptual master plan, is the prerequisite of an ecological-economical, but also a cultural sustainability. We advise our clients individually and comprehensively, starting from the requirements planning, property search, corporate identity (CI)-consultancy, project development, architectural planning, energy consulting & engineering up to complete conceptual interior planning including artificial and daylight design. Continuity at a high level from the first preliminary design idea until giving over our finished architectural work to the client is of big importance to us. All preliminary designs evolve from a constructive dialogue between us and our clients. Later then, we change our common pre-work-planning and decisions into a practical, integrated construction planning. All our work is practised in an interdisciplinary teamwork.

Basics
Die Energieeffizienz von Gebäuden wird zukünftig auf dem Immobilien-markt eine viel größere Rolle spielen als bisher. Für die Errichtung von Neubauten ist die Ausstellung von Energie- oder Wärmebedarfsaus-weisen schon seit 1995 vorgeschrieben, bis zum Bauantragsdatum 30.09.2007 noch aufgrund der Energieeinsparverordnung 2004, danach aufgrund der Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV) 2007.
Die Pflicht zur Erstellung des Energieausweises wird nach der neuen Energieeinsparverordnung auf den Verkauf und die Vermietung im Gebäudebestand ausgeweitet. Der Energieausweis muss potenziellen Käufern beziehungsweise Mietern im Falle eines geplanten Verkaufs oder einer Vermietung von Immobilien zugänglich gemacht werden. Sind Maßnahmen für kostengünstige Verbesserungen der Energieeffizienz von Bestandsgebäuden möglich, hat der Aussteller des Energieausweises entsprechende Modernisierungsempfehlungen in Kurzform auszustellen. Findet in einem Gebäude kein Nutzerwechsel statt und ergeben sich auch keine anderen Gründe, die zur Ausstellung verpflichten, besteht kein gesetzlicher Zwang einen Energieausweis auszustellen. Die Ausstellung von freiwilligen Energieausweisen z. B. zur Vorbereitung einer energeti-schen Modernisierung ist jedoch jederzeit möglich.

Legal basis
Die Bundesregierung hat am 27.06.2007 die neue Energieeinsparverord-nung verabschiedet. Die Verordnung ist am 26.07.2007 im Bundesge-setzblatt verkündet worden und am 01.10.2007 in Kraft getreten.
Grundlage zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie "Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden" (Richtlinie 2002/91/EG vom 16. Dezember 2002) der EG in deutsches Recht ist das Energieeinsparungsgesetz (EnEG) vom 01.09.2005. Source

Goal of the seminar is the introduction to the light simulation. The light as construction element of the architecture and essential component of an environmental architecture is supposed to be teached. For the daylight the effect on the user, the appearance of inside and exterior rooms, are supposed to be learned as well as the interaction with the thermal behavior of buildings. For the artificial light basics of the light planning, the lighting engineering and the energetic evaluation of the light are supposed to be provided. By means of own simulation tasks both formative and light-technical parameter studies are carried out and will be discussed.
